SOMATIC TRAUMA THERAPY
Focusing on releasing tension and pain stored in the body this is form of therapy that enhances the connection between the mind and body. Past traumas and experiences can be stored in the body as tension and pain, and we release this tension through gentle movement, and mindfulness practices.
HYPNOTHERAPY
Sit back, relax and allow your subconscious mind to be activated to improve your life by stimulating new behaviour and letting go of old emotional programming. All behaviour originates from the subconscious, and all change made at the deepest level can profoundly change your life for the better.
